Digital Delivery

All digital products (PDF guides, templates, checklists) are delivered electronically.
After successful payment, customers receive access via email or direct download link.

Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.

Consultation Services

For online consultation services, customers will receive a confirmation email with scheduling instructions after purchase. Sessions are conducted virtually.

Refund Policy

We offer a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been delivered or completed.

  • The digital product has not been downloaded or accessed.

  • The consultation session has not already taken place.
